At onlyuniform.com we hope you love your product but if for any reason you are not happy we’ll do everything we can to sort it out for you

If you want to return your product to us, please send back to us at
ONLY UNIFORM, 614 Stockport Rd, Manchester, M13 0RQ.

Please include a note with the package for ease of identification.

Under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery.

Returns must be received in original packing, unused and suitable for resale in order for us to be able to process you a refund. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage for returned items and for high value items using a recorded delivery service as unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returns which are not received.

Once any returned items are received we will refund or exchange your product within 7 days and any refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay for the purchase
